All of our services come with a free online planner. The planner is complete with timelines, music request lists and planning forms for each service you contract with us. Our Online Event Planner helps all of our clients reach their goal of having the perfect event. Here’s some more information about our site:

Client Area: The Client Area serves as a password-protected gateway to the tools that you can use to plan your event, such as the Music Database and Planning Form. You only need your event date and password to login, edit your event, and submit your information.

Planning Forms: Now you can design and coordinate every specific detail of your event, from location and times to first dances and bridal party introductions! You can even save your work for continued progress. Upon completion, the event details are electronically submitted directly to the DJ!

Event Timeline: This system will allow you to coordinate with your DJ and the other vendors the precise sequence of activities to take place during your special event. Timelines are savable for ongoing progress.

Music Database: You can search our most up-to-date music library right on our website! You can do keyword searching, browsing, listen to song samples, view song suggestions, and build four custom request lists for your event, including a do not play list! In addition, you can attach special instructions or dedications to songs. You will be able to plan the music for your entire event and save your list for continued progress.

Guest Requests: Having trouble coming up with music requests to please everyone? Looking for some help from your guests? Now your guests can search our most up-to-date music library right on our website! Your guests can do keyword searching, browsing, listen to song samples, view song suggestions, and build four custom request lists for the event, including a do not play list! In addition, they can attach special instructions or dedications to songs. Every request made is a vote that will be tallied and the most requested songs will be played.
